These aren't as odd as the cards on my favorites page
but they might bring back some pleasant memories
I've included the original captions with their original formatting.

Motoring Highway" a working drilling rig is
'spudded in' on the site of a future boom town."
Maybe this oil derrick was authentic for some era of drilling.
However, it didn't belong in the "modern" section
even in the 1960s.

Six Flags Over Texas
Guests who ride through the Spee-Lunker Cave at
Six Flags Over Texas, witness the gaily covered,
clearly animated spee-lunkers as they cavort and
entertain in their elfish way. Here, spee-lunker
musicians serenade visitors as they float by in
one of the "Bull Boats" that wind their way
through the mystic, water propelled ride.

Here are a few of the colorful stalagmite-headed
cave dwellers who inhabit the mysterious Spee-
Lunker Cave.

Something tells me calling this "the highlight of any visit"
might not be that appealing to eveyone."
